Paul Bingham, a name known to many as one of the most successful South African DJ’s to date with the only one having held a residency at two of the Best & Biggest Clubs in the World; namely Amnesia & Privilege in Ibiza.
2017 Avantinova Recordings, Paul’s own label releases his new Artist Album, which is a fusion of many genres of EDM including House, Future House, Tropical House, Electro, Trap, Big Room, Melbourne Bounce, Progressive House & More. On the Album he has collaborated with many international artists and two of the singles have already been released to Cr2 Records in the UK & House Session in Germany, 2017 is looking to be a promising year.
2016 saw the birth of one of the biggest festivals “Electric Summer” in South Africa with the first event with over 4000 in attendance and the rise of Paul’s debut Album with the release of the title single with Lizzie Curious on CR2 Records in the UK. Not only completing his Album 2016 saw Paul touring and running his weekly radio show “Avantinova Radio” which aires in New York & worldwide every Saturday on JR FM.
2015 he collaborated with some major players in the EDM scene with releases on Pacha Recordings,
House Session (Germany), his own imprint AVANTINOVA Recordings & Planet EDM in Italy. Paul’s love for all styles of music saw him play a headlining “Tech House” set at one of London’s most well known and longest running clubs “Egg”
Paul propelled into 2014 with a BANG! Pushing the boundaries in electronic music with his first release “BANG!” creating huge impact by attaining the #10 spot on the prestigious BEATPORTplatform. Hot on the back of “BANG!” Paul’s second release “Lose Yourself” was featured by Beatport as a “ones to watch” during the week of release and subsequently reached the Number #21 spot on the most competitive Beatport Chart being “Electro House”
In 2013 Paul tripled his international gig roster, headlining events in St Moritz, Switzerland, Jersey, UK and Bali (Indonesia). The interest from the international market has proved Paul’s worth to the industry and has earned him respect by some big names in the industry. Paul’s own unique blend of the Electro, Future House & Progressive, genres has meant his talent is in increasing demand, through both new track releases and in the flesh! It is this success that has taken him all over Europe during his career to play at some of the world’s most well known clubs including Ministry of Sound, Pacha, Amnesia, Privilege and Fabrik’s “Ultra Music Festival”, not to mention the infamous Rotterdam Street Parade (half a million people).
